I traveled to Cambodia to understand the sourcing process firsthand. I spent time learning about where the hair comes from and who it comes from—and what I found changed everything.
The women I encountered are strong, hardworking, and resilient. Many are farmers, working long days to support their families. For them, selling their hair is a way to create income, provide stability, and invest in their future.
That alone made this journey deeper than business.
It became about connection, respect, and intention.
