What type of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% authentic raw hair sourced directly from single donors in Cambodia.

Our hair has never been chemically processed and retains its natural cuticle alignment. This ensures longevity, natural movement, and versatility.

Each bundle is collected from one donor — not mixed.

How long does this hair last?

With proper care, our clients typically use their hair for 3–5 years or longer.

This is authentic raw hair that has not been processed in any way. The better you maintain it, the longer it will last and the more times it can be reused.

This is an investment.

Is the hair truly raw? Is there silicone or chemicals on it?

No. There is no silicone coating and no chemical processing.

This is pure, unprocessed raw hair. Because of that, it behaves like natural hair — meaning it responds to humidity, requires moisture, and must be maintained properly.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes. Our raw hair can be colored, bleached, and heat styled just like natural hair.

We highly recommend using a professional colorist for major color changes to maintain the integrity of the hair.

Can the hair be lifted to #613 and remain soft?

Yes, it can be lifted to #613. However, the outcome depends heavily on the skill of the stylist and the products used.

We are not responsible for damage caused during chemical processing.

How many bundles do I need?

•3 bundles and 1 closure

Does the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal, just like hair growing from your scalp.

Proper installation and care play a major role in reducing shedding. We  seal the wefts for extra reinforcement.

Does the hair tangle?

Raw hair behaves like natural hair. If it becomes dry or is not maintained properly, it can tangle.

Keeping the hair moisturized, conditioned, and brushed gently will prevent excessive tangling.

What products should I use?

Treat this hair like your own.

• Use high-quality shampoo and conditioner
• Deep condition weekly
• Avoid heavy oils and excessive product buildup
• Use lightweight leave-ins

Raw hair does not need heavy grease.

How should I wash the hair?

Use sulfate-free, paraben-free shampoo and conditioner.

Wash gently in a downward motion. Do not scrub or pile the hair on top of itself.

Let water run from root to ends. Air dry when possible or use low heat.

How often should I wash it?

Every 1–2 weeks depending on product buildup and lifestyle.

Over-washing can strip moisture.

Can I swim with my extensions?

Yes.

Before swimming:
• Wet hair with clean water
• Apply a leave-in conditioner

After swimming:
• Rinse immediately
• Deep condition within 24 hours

Chlorine and salt water can dry the hair if not properly rinsed.

How do I store the hair when not wearing it?

Store in the original box or a satin bag.

Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Make sure the hair is clean and completely dry before storing.

What styling tools should I use?

Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.

Avoid small-tooth combs that can snag and cause unnecessary shedding.

Always use a heat protectant when applying heat.

What should I do before bed?

• Gently detangle
• Braid into 1–2 loose braids or use heatless satin curls
• Wear a silk or satin bonnet

Night care is essential for longevity.

Will the texture stay the same after washing?

Yes — raw hair reverts back to its natural texture after washing.

If heat is applied, the curl pattern may loosen over time depending on how often heat is used.

Why does the hair feel different from beauty supply hair?

Because this is real raw hair.

There are no silicone coatings to create artificial slip. It feels like natural hair because it is natural hair.

Once properly conditioned, it becomes soft, full, and moves beautifully.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of raw hair extensions and wigs, all sales are final.

We do not resell returned hair products.
