Refund policy


At Noire Hair Co, we take pride in delivering premium, ethically sourced raw hair. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every customer receives luxury hair extensions in pristine condition.


Order Processing

Order processing begins immediately after an order is placed.
For this reason, all sales are final once submitted, and we do not allow:

  • Order modifications

  • Cancellations

  • Address changes

  • Shipping method changes


Returns (Store Credit Only)

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

  • Hair must be in original, unused condition

  • Hair must remain:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Uncombed

    • Uncut

    • Uncolored or altered in any way

  • Original ties, packaging, and tags (Noire Hair Co tag must remain attached) must be intact

Any product that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to sender.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service with signature confirmation, as Noire Hair Co is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $35 restocking fee.

Shipping costs and Route Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Product Care & Quality Guarantee

Our hair is 100% raw and natural, meaning it may react to products, climate, and maintenance routines.

We strongly recommend following proper hair care practices to maintain quality.

If you believe you have received a product with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please note:

  • Altering the hair in any way (coloring, cutting, chemical processing, etc.) voids eligibility for review or resolution

  • If the product is deemed non-defective, it will be returned to you


Return to Sender Packages

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

  • A $35 restocking fee will apply

  • Store credit will be issued once received


Additional Disclaimer

Noire Hair Co is not responsible for:

  • Missed or canceled hair appointments

  • Installation or styling costs

  • Damages caused after installation or improper care

We recommend receiving and inspecting your order before scheduling any appointments.


Order Accuracy & Damaged Items

If we make an error with your order (incorrect item received) or your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@noirehairco.com with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
• original packaging intact

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.

 


 

No Order Changes or Cancellations

Once payment has been submitted, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified for any reason.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 


 

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraud and chargebacks seriously.

All orders are processed with fraud-prevention tools, address verification, and signature-required delivery. Any unauthorized chargeback attempts may result in:

• permanent account restriction
• submission of evidence to payment processors
• potential legal action
