SHIPPING POLICY

All orders require billing and shipping addresses to match. Orders that do not match may be canceled for security purposes.

Each bundle is carefully inspected and prepared to meet our quality standards before shipment.


PO BOX ADDRESS

For security and fraud prevention purpose, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address where a adult signature can be obtained upon delivery. Orders placed with a PO Box address will be cancelled. 


PROCESSING TIME

Bundles: 3–7 business days
Infused Hair Oil: 2–4 business days

Pre orders: 7-14 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During major launches or promotional events (including Black Friday), processing time may extend to 10–15 business days.


SHIPPING TIME (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping begins after processing is complete.

Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order ships.


SIGNATURE & INSURANCE

All bundle orders include complimentary insurance and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

This ensures the safety and protection of your investment. Because our extensions are high value Luxury products, a signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. This prevents lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier and signed for, the order is considered successfully delivered.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier and signed for, Noire Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Contact UPS immediately to open a claim.

  2. Confirm delivery details with the carrier.

  3. Contact us for assistance with documentation if needed.

If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier. As the insured party, we will initiate the claim process if necessary and determine eligibility for replacement once the carrier investigation is complete. We are not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed, or redirected after shipment


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address carefully.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


RETURNS

Due to the nature of raw hair extensions, all bundle purchases are final sale.

Due to the nature of the infused hair oil all purchases are final sale.
